Redemption Instructions

A valid PASSPORT or other accepted border crossing documentation is required on the date of travel. A Visa or ESTA and I-94 may be required for non-US citizens entering the United States. Complimentary pickup service is available. Please call Over the Falls Tours 1-716-283-8900 to confirm your assigned pick-up time and pick-up instructions. --------------------------------------------------------- **IMPORTANT NOTICES: Reconfirmation of border crossing requirements (PASSPORT, VISA , ESTA, I-94) with Over the Falls Tours is REQUIRED. Your booking may be canceled without refund if you don’t contact Over the Falls Tours directly a minimum of 24-hours prior to your tour date to confirm border crossing requirements. Your pickup time is earlier than your tour time. If a Pickup Address for your Tour has not been confirmed directly with Over the Falls Tours, is not accurate or has changed, you are required to contact Over the Falls Tours at least 24-hours prior to your confirmed Pickup Time. If you fail to notify Over the Falls Tours of an accurate Pickup Address or if you are not present at Pickup Time, a fee of 100% of the service fare will be charged and Over the Falls Tours reserves the right to sell your seat(s) for the tour. --------------------------------------------------------- Please have your border crossing requirements ready and available at your scheduled pickup time.
