For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Take Dumfries St. off the Niagara Parkway, follow the road down. At the Queenston Waterfront sign, follow the road and turn left down to our parking lot. Guests are asked to arrive 45 minutes prior to trip for check in and mandatory safety briefing. Refunds will not be given for late arrivals.
Redemption Instructions
• Guests are asked to arrive 45 minutes prior to trip departure to check in and attend a mandatory safety orientation. Late arrivals will not result in any type of refund. • Each guest is required to sign a Whirlpool Jet participation agreement. To fill out your waiver prior to your arrival, please visit: https://www.jotform.com/form/220744446974060 • Refusal to sign the agreement will not merit a credit or refund. It is the responsibility of the organizer to advise the group members of the nature of the Jet Boat tour. • Minimum age is 6 years old or 44 inches (1.12m) tall • Not recommended for participants with back problems • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Not recommended for pregnant women • Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult • *Please note that we do not see Niagara Falls from our tour*
