Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Pickup Information

Duration: The tour lasts approximately 10 hours. This includes pickup, drop-off, lunchtime, and travel time between sites. Communication: All communication with your guide will be via WhatsApp. Please ensure the app is installed on your device. Your guide will contact you the night before the tour to confirm your pickup details.*Please add your email address in the "Special Requirements" section. Pickup Locations: We provide door-to-door service from hotels and apartments (including Airbnbs). Punctuality: While we strive to be on time, please understand that delays of 10–30 minutes may occur due to traffic conditions, roadwork, or accidents. Central Tokyo Pickups: We offer pickups from any hotel or train station within Central Tokyo. If your location is not on our drop-down list, please enter it in the "Special Requirements" section when booking or send us a message. Airports & Ports: For pickups at airports or seaports, please contact us directly for a consultation, as additional fees or scheduling changes may apply.
