ATTRACTIONS INCLUDED: Boat closed for winter. Tour includes Niagara's best winter experiences: Journey Behind the Falls and Power Station + Tunnel.
BOAT DATES (SUMMER ONLY): Boat available around May 1 to Nov 30. Dates subject to weather. Replaced with "Power Station" experience when closed.
PICKUP LOCATION AND TIME: We pick up from 10 locations in Downtown Toronto and Mississauga between 7:30 to 8:05 AM. We will email you a place and time.

Meeting and Pickup
WHERE TO WAIT: In front of the hotel entrance. Make sure you are at the correct Holiday Inn hotel at 2125 N Sheridan Way. // PICK-UP TIME: 8:35 AM. // Drop-off Time: Approx. 4:30-5:00 PM. // CHECK-IN: You will see a bus with a "Queen Tour" sign; your tour guide will check you in by name.
Redemption Instructions
Within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a pick-up confirmation with the time and exact location. We pick up from 12 locations, but we do not stop at each one, so you must wait for the agreed-upon location. If you are unclear about your pick-up details, please email us at book@tourstoniagarafalls.com 24 hours before your tour. Arrive at your pick-up location 10 minutes early to avoid missing the bus. We will depart on time out of respect for others.
