For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Take Lewiston/ARTPARK exit from 104N or Robert Moses Parkway N and veer right to Centre St. Continue down to waterfront. Parking is at the end of Centre St. Guests are asked to arrive 45 minutes prior to trip for check in and mandatory safety briefing. Refunds will not be given for late arrivals.
Redemption Instructions
• Guests are asked to arrive 45 minutes prior to trip departure to check in and attend a mandatory safety orientation. Late arrivals will not result in any type of refund. • Guests are required to sign a Whirlpool Jet participation agreement. Refusal to sign the agreement will not merit a credit or refund. It is the responsibility of the organizer to advise the group members of the nature of the Jet Boat tour. • Minimum age is 6 years old or 44 inches (1.12m) tall • Not recommended for participants with back problems • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Not recommended for pregnant women
