DAY OF TRAVEL (For ages 8+ only) Mansion entrance tickets will be provided by the tour guide at check in and will be exchanged upon entering the mansion. Parking is available in the public garage behind (23 America's Cup Ave) for a fee. The boarding platform is #2 .. White trolley This tour departs promptly at the scheduled times. We recommend travelers arrive at the boarding location, platform #2 @ 23 Americas Cup Ave. AT LEAST 10 minutes prior to departure. This is a tourist town and traffic is often heavy, so please plan your travel accordingly. No shows, late arrivals, and cancellations made within 24 hours are non refundable. You may present this ticket directly on the trolley or show your smart phone to driver to check-in. IMPORTANT INFO --Tours are for Ages 8+ only. This tour duration is 160-180 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. --These tours are NOT handicapped accessible. Folding walkers and wheelchairs are limited to 30 lbs. We cannot accommodate battery powered scooters and chairs. --Driver may assign seating based on customer needs --Solo travelers must allow others to sit next to them or purchase that 2nd seat in advance if they wish to keep it empty --This enclosed trolley tour operates rain or shine except during and after winter weather events which involve snow or ice --Our drivers have updated manifests on their smart phones. Cancelled tickets are not accepted for admission --All members of the booking party must be present at bus platform #2 no later than 5 minutes prior to tour departure time. Driver reserves the right to sell the seats of no-shows or late arrivals to passengers waiting on standby. --Breakers Admission tickets included.
