You’ll make three types of onigiri, miso soup, tonkatsu, salmon teriyaki, dashimaki tamago, and a seasonal vegetable side dish. All ingredients are easy to find outside Japan, so you can recreate these dishes when you return home—perfect for sharing with family and friends. This hands-on, small-group class also gives you plenty of time to ask questions and enjoy friendly conversation throughout the session.
