Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Please go to the entrance of Warp Shinjuku and show this ticket to the venue staff. Additionally, we ask all guests to present a form of identification upon entry. Please bring an ID with a photo, such as a passport or a basic resident registration card. If you are using a non-photo ID such as a health insurance card, please also provide a student ID, employee ID, or a credit card with a photo and name.
