Pickup Information

You will receive a message or call with your exact pickup time approximately 1 hour before the activity begins, using the phone number provided in your booking. The minibus collects guests from several locations and may arrive up to 10 minutes before or after the scheduled pickup time. Please be waiting outside your chosen pickup point no later than the scheduled time, as arrival depends on the order of the pickup route. If you do not show up for the pickup, the full cost of the tour will be charged. Make sure the phone number in your reservation is valid, as we will attempt to contact you from a Swedish number (+46XXXXXXXX) if we are unable to locate you. IMPORTANT: Please note that if conditions in Abisko are not suitable, we reserve the right to adjust the route to maximize your chances of observing the Northern Lights. For this reason, pickups and drop-offs are only available within the Kiruna area, as the itinerary may change depending on Aurora activity and cloud coverage.
