Redemption Instructions

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: PLEASE READ! This is the ticket for your adventure tour. Please make sure to bring it with you on the tour and present it to your guide when he arrives to pick you up.  Please make sure to inform the operator where you would like to be picked up at least 48 hours prior to your tour departure (info@adventures.is). You can find a list of available pick up points here: https://adventures.is/information/pick-up/  The success of the tour is heavily dependent on weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel departures until 18:15 on the day of the tour if conditions are not looking promising. Cancellation notice is sent via email so make sure that we have your email address on file. If the tour goes ahead and no northern lights are seen we offer clients the chance to join another evening’s departure free of charge subject to availability. The second tour will be in a minibus. Note that you need to contact the operator to re-book. The tour duration is approx 4. hours. Pickup Information

- Remember, you’re responsible for updating your pick-up location at least 48 hours before your tour. - Pick up times for Magical Auroras is as follows: 25th Aug - 14th Sept: 21:30 (9:30pm) 15th Sept - 14th Mar: 20:30 (8:30pm) 15th Mar - 15th Apr: 21:30 (9:30pm) You’ll find the actual pickup time in the booking process and on your final voucher. Pick up may take up to 30 minutes depending on traffic conditions and your location. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Warm outdoor clothing is essential, also waterproof clothing, hat and gloves.

This tour is weather dependent and, as such, is liable to last-minute cancellations (up until 6:15pm on the day)
