Please check in 30 minutes before departure with our staff inside Old Harbour House restaurant (Ægisgarður 2, 101 Reykjavík): https://maps.app.goo.gl/AsnpWDwABGmCn5Vt7 To check in, simply scan the bar/QR code on your ticket at the self-service kiosk If you´re arriving by car, the nearest paid parking lot is about a 5-minute walk from our meeting point: https://maps.app.goo.gl/DcoFfLssh3v72xQ16 Pick-up/drop-off is not included. It can be arranged upon request for an additional charge. Weather plays a big role, and we may have to cancel the tour due to unfavorable conditions. In such cases, we’ll notify you at least 4 hours before departure. You can also check the status of your tour on our website: www.icelanddiscover.is The tour takes place in wild nature, so sightings can’t be predicted or guaranteed. If there are no sightings, we don’t provide refunds but offer a free return ticket (valid for up to three years, subject to availability). Please keep in mind that if we have fewer passengers, we might need to operate on our smaller yacht Harpa instead of Amelia Rose. The Harpa offers the same amenities and comfort as the Amelia Rose. Feel free to arrive early and enjoy a taste of Icelandic cuisine at the Old Harbour House! As our guest, you’ll get 15% off the food menu. Simply show your activity voucher to claim your discount at the bar. The kitchen is open from 11:00 to 20:30.
