Thank you for booking with us! :) On the day of your tour, please show your ticket to the driver.

Pickup Information

We will meet you at your chosen pick-up location. The vehicle is either a Silver Mercedes Sprinter or a black Prado, both of which have Mates Travel signage on the side. The driver guide will hold a sign with your name on it. We will be at the pick-up location 5-10 minutes before the tour starts. Cruise passengers can take the free shuttle bus from the port to the National Aquarium (second stop); the ride takes about 5-10 minutes. * To request Alternative start times - Book on our Mates Travel website.
