• All tour participants must check in with a Royal Carriages Representative at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation time. He or she can be found near the beginning of the line of carriages under the red umbrella wearing a bright red company shirt. • Boarding for all group carriage tours may take up to 15 minutes+ • Bring a camera! We can't guarantee that you'll capture ghostly evidence, but it's always worth trying. Many of our visitors take repetitive photos in various locations, capturing what appears to be orbs, apparitions, and strange unidentified flying objects. Plus, you want to make sure to get a picture with your carriage mule before or after your tour! • If you are traveling with someone with limited mobility, please let us know in advance so that we can be prepared to assist him or her into the carriage. • Wheelchair accessible, please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required • Children must be accompanied by an adult • To contact the Royal Carriages Supervisor on the day of your tour, he or she can be reached directly by calling +1 504 943-8820 OR +1 504 382-2009.
