Good to Know
- IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car will be temporarily closed for scheduled maintenance from 8 September to 18 September 2026. During this period, cable car services will not be available. Ngong Ping Village and indoor attractions, including the Cable Car Discovery Centre, will remain open.
- Child policy:
- Children under 3 years are free of charge.
- Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 15 years and above.
- Good to know:
- Tickets must be booked under the name of the ticket user. Valid identification will be required for verification when using the tickets.
- Check the official website for the daily operating hours prior to your visit.
- Guests booking the Crystal+ Cabin departing from Ngong Ping must reserve at least 45 minutes prior to boarding. Redemption is at the ticketing office of Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal.
- Motion 360 is only suitable for people 3 years and above, more than 100cm tall and weight less than 110kg.
- Night Ride:
- The Night Ride is from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Boarding time at Tung Chung terminal is from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Meanwhile, the last boarding time at Ngong Ping Terminal is 9:30 PM.
- Night Ride Cabin will be randomly assigned.

Enjoy an enhanced cable car experience from Ngong Ping on Lantau Island back to Tung Chung town centre in a Crystal+ Cabin, equipped with tempered glass offering more than 80% visibility. You will take a Standard Cabin on the journey up to Ngong Ping. You are required to reserve the Crystal+ Cabin at least 45 minutes before boarding. Redemption is at the ticketing office of Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal.
