Ticket pick up : Tobu Tourist Information Center ASAKUSA 1-4-1 Hanakawado, Taito-ku, Tokyo Business Hours: 7:20a.m to 7:00 p.m. If you cannot present this voucher upon the exchange, please purchase a new ticket and contact your travel agent for refund. This voucher is for one-time use. We will issue all passes at the same time. If you lose your pass after exchange, we will not reissue and please purchase again. On the day of departure, please contact Tobu Tourist Information Center Asakusa listed above if you encounter any problem. Limited Express Ticket is NOT included in any type of pass. Please purchase separately. Also please note: • No reservation by telephone or email. • To exchange your voucher for a ticket may take long. We will explain the pass to you after the exchange.
