CHECK IN 45 MINUTES BEFORE DEPARTURE LATE = NO TOUR, NO REFUND You are required to check in 45 minutes before departure. Late arrivals who miss the safety briefing are subject to missing the tour with no refund. LOCATION: Meet us at the NĀ PALI RIDERS OFFICE at 9600 Kaumuali’i Highway Waimea, HI 96796 (After check-in, we're headed to Kikiaola Small Boat Harbor, in your vehicle) WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT OUR LOCATION - Check in, ensure waivers are completed for everyone in your party - Get your dry bag and optional life jacket - Use the restroom, pack your dry bag, take motion sickness medication & apply sunscreen - Scan the QR code on the picnic table to complete your parking for the harbor - Receive the safety briefing from the crew once all guests are checked in - Once the safety briefing is complete you will get back into your vehicle and drive to Kikiaola Small Boat Harbor to board the boat for your adventure of a lifetime DRIVING TIMES TO WAIMEA TOWN (KAUA'I): Please be considerate and plan ahead! Give yourselves MORE THAN ENOUGH driving time so that you arrive on time for your raft tour. We cannot stress this enough! From Princeville - 1 hour, 45 minutes From Kapaa - 1 hour From Lihue - 45 minutes From Poipu - 35 minutes From Kekaha - 15 minutes WHAT TO BRING: Comfortable clothing Swimsuit (wear it) - No swimming on this tour Towel Reef Safe Sunscreen Sunglasses Hat (tie-down is recommended) You will be barefoot on the raft tour (socks or water shoes are allowed) Cash for gratuity WHAT WE PROVIDE: Light fruits, snacks and drinks (non-alcoholic beverages) Waterproof duffel bag Life vests (Provided upon request) REMINDER: If you feel that our crew has provided exceptional service after your tour, you’re welcome to show your appreciation with a gratuity.
