Pickup Information

• We offer pickup from all locations within Tokyo 23 wards. If your hotel is not listed, please enter the name manually—we can still pick you up. Your driver will contact you one day before the tour to confirm details. Please be ready 10 minutes before pickup. • We offer pickups only within Tokyo’s 23 wards. If your location is outside this area, please contact us before booking, as extra charges may apply. Airport and port pickups/drop-offs are not available. • If you’re not staying at a hotel, we’re happy to arrange pickup from other locations such as train stations, private residences, Airbnb, or designated landmarks. Please provide the exact address or a clear meeting point (e.g. building name, entrance, nearby shop, etc.) when booking. Our driver will contact you before arrival to confirm the location. If you’re unsure, feel free to message us—we’ll help you find the most convenient pickup spot! • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email/message with pickup time and location details 1 day before your tour. • Ensure your contact number and email are up to date. For smooth communication, please enable messaging through the Viator platform or WhatsApp if possible. • You’ll be picked up in a comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicle suitable for your group size.
