Redemption Instructions

• You will shortly receive an email with the confirmation of your exact pickup time. Please check your e-mail inbox. Should you not receive this email, please call the supplier directly at least 1 day prior to your tour/activity date • Each traveler is allowed maximum 1 pieces of luggage. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the supplier prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. • As your transfer is private it may be possible to alter the departure time if required. Pickup Information

Your chosen time (transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week), or otherwise we will suggest you through email the right pick up time, according to your train departure time. If the hotel is located into a pedestrian area we will fix an alternative pick up point on the road.
