Please check-in at our Ticket Booth upon arrival. We're located near 24 Bannister's Wharf off America’s Cup Ave and south of the Newport Harbor Hotel. No need to print anything prior to check-in. Please bring a photo ID that matches the name listed on the reservation to the ticket booth for check-in. Meeting Location Map: https://sail-newport.com/newport-location/ Note: parking is difficult in Newport, especially on weekends and holidays. Allow at least 60min to park as no refunds are given for missing the boat. Plan to arrive at our ticket booth 20min prior to your departure time to check-in. The boat will leave promptly at the scheduled departure time. Please plan accordingly and allow for ample time for parking. By redeeming our tickets you agree to the following terms: You acknowledge that sailing is inherently dangerous and waive all risks outside the reasonable control of the owners or operators of Newport Classic Cruises (NCC). You agree that NCC shall not be held vicariously liable for the intentional or negligent acts of any person not employed by NCC or committed while off duty or outside the course and scope of employment. NCC shall have the benefit of all statues of the United States of America providing for limitation and exoneration from liability. LIMITATION ON TIME TO BRING SUIT: NCC shall not be liable for any claims for personal injury, illness, or death unless filed within 1 year after voyage.
