YOUR PICKUP POINT: Make sure to select your pickup spot when booking to avoid confusion or delays. Please arrive on time at the designated pick-up spot. For drop-offs, the bus will be ready at the dock to take you back to your pickup location. AGREEMENT, WAIVER, and RELEASE: Each participant must sign a safety waiver before the tour to participate. Minors must have their parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf. SOCIAL MEDIA and CONTENT: Photographs and videos may be taken of guests while on the excursion by the company’s tour guides. Please note, all our hotel pickups require our guests to kindly wait outside of the lobby. Punctuality at your designated pickup location is essential for a smooth experience. Alternatively, for those who have chosen to meet at the starting point, please arrive promptly at least 15 minutes prior to departure time. Upon completion of the tour, our bus will be readily available to transport you back to your designated pickup location. Please note that round trip transportation services are exclusively offered when the tour with pickup & drop off is selected.
