For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
The tour guide will be parked on the intersection of Main & 5th Street in a small Platypus Tours shuttle. If the tour guide does not see you, they will give you a call on your cell phone.
Redemption Instructions
There is the option to add on tasting at each of the two wineries visited. The wineries charge directly for these tasting fees which average $50 per person per winery. Many waive this fee with wine purchase. • Gratuity for the tour guide is at your discretion. Industry standard is 18-20% percent. Please note that gratuity is not included in your tour cost. • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • Minimum age is 21 years • Please call or email the local operator after booking to be provided with the exact pickup time based on your location. We also require a mobile number in the event we need to reach you the day of the tour • We provide plenty of water on board • We can accommodate vegetarian, gluten-free and most other diet restrictions
