For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Approx a 45-minute taxi ride from Midtown Manhattan or accessible via public transportation from the Port Authority Building in NYC on 42nd Street via the Lakeland Bus Company.
Redemption Instructions
If your voucher DOES NOT have a specific departure time listed your seat is not guaranteed until you have called to make your booking. Failure to do so may result in your preferred tour time and departure point being unavailable. • When calling, please advise the following: • Advise you are holding a pre-paid voucher • Passenger Names • Tour Name • Preferred Date and Time of Flight Security Requirements All guests of Charm Aviation must observe the following security requirements: • Must have a valid photo ID (i.e. - Passport or Drivers License) • Must check in all bags with security • No handbags or carry on bags will be allowed on the flight • Must walk through a metal detector • Personal cameras and video cameras are allowed onboard once they clear through security • Mask are required in building and helicopter All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions. Passengers must arrive 30 minutes prior to departure. Being late for your arrival time will incur a $50 charge per person in your group. Missed flight will be non-refundable.
