Meeting and Pickup
The boat departs from Chelsea Piers, at Pier 62, which is located at the northern end of the Chelsea Piers Complex. Our ticket booth is located on the water just steps from our dock. Please check in at the Classic Harbor Line ticket booth upon arrival.
Redemption Instructions
• Confirmation will be received at time of booking • Children must be accompanied by an adult • Minimum drinking age is 21 years (valid ID required) • There's no need to print anything prior to check-in at the meeting point. Please bring a photo ID that matches the name listed on the reservation to the ticket booth and we'll issue boarding passes at check-in. • Check in 15-30 minutes early at our booth, located at Pier 62 of the Chelsea Piers Complex. Boarding begins promptly 5 minutes prior to departure. The yacht leaves on time and cannot come back to pick you up if you are late. No refunds or reschedules will be provided for late arrivals. • The boats depart from Chelsea Piers, on Pier 62, which is located off the Westside Highway between 22nd and 23rd Street. Please check in at the Classic Harbor Line ticket booth upon arrival, located at the north side of the Chelsea Piers building at Pier 62. If you are lost, please call 212-627-1825.
