Plus, use the app for route information and live bus tracking. 2. Redeem voucher and activate with Big Bus staff at 7th Ave & W 48th St (Outside M&Ms World), or with a driver at any stop along the route. IMPORTANT: Guests must redeem and activate Big Bus ticket in app or in person before visiting any partner experiences. Empire State Building: Select date and time of visit after activation of ticket in Big Bus app or with Big Bus staff.
