Redemption Instructions

• If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. Please note that departure times and locations may vary slightly. • Minimum drinking age is 18 years • Pick up and drop off is included in the package please refer to the package details to know your estimate pick up time but do reconfirm when you are in destination • Package is including following: 1. 3 hours cruising experience (from 0930 - 1230hrs midnight) . 5 star Special buffet dinner on board 3. Mineral water, soft drinks, tea & coffee 4. Unlimited alcoholic beverages including spirits 5. A glass of champagne for the new year's welcome 6. Return transfers from your hotel in Dubai 7. Live Music (TBA) • Upper deck and lower deck sitting available. Upper deck of the boat having seating in open air whereas lower deck is air conditioned fully. Do let us know if you have any seating preference otherwise the requested seating will be subject to availability on spot if required. • Cruise timing is from 2130hrs until 0030hrs (Subject to change) • Please note the fireworks at Palm Jumeirah and Burj Al Arab is totally at the decision of Local authorities in case of any prior notification or update regarding the fireworks sessions we will be advising accordingly • Cancellation: Activity once booked is non-refundable Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation. Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.

Pickup Information

1. Pick up and drop off included from your hotel or port in Dubai. Kindly advise full details about your stay at the time of booking in order to get arrange the pick up. 2. Kindly note the pick up from following areas will not be possible during the new year eve. Dubai mall, Dubai downtown hotels, Business bay Hotels. Since these areas will be closed by authorities due to new year arrangements. 3. Pick up will be from the hotel. kindly wait in your room during the advised pick up time timings. when our driver will reach to your hotel he will call you and you can get down to the lobby.
