Itinerary
1. Pick-up is available from anywhere in Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, or Faridabad.
2. After pickup from your location, begin your journey at Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, a peaceful Sikh temple known for its healing Sarovar and its historic connection to the eighth Sikh Guru.
3. Your next stop is Jama Masjid, India's largest mosque, built in 1656 by 5,000 workers. Walk through its grand red sandstone courtyard, located across from the Red Fort in the heart of bustling Chandni Chowk.
4. Meet your guide at Sunheri Masjid and hop into a traditional tuk-tuk. Ride through the vibrant, bustling bazaars of Old Delhi as your guide shares insights into their cultural and daily importance.
5. Visit Khari Baoli, Asia’s largest spice market in Chandni Chowk. Take in the vibrant colors and aromas as you learn fascinating facts about traditional Indian spices and their everyday uses.
6. Pass by the iconic Red Fort, a grand structure built by Emperor Shah Jahan between 1639 and 1648. Once the main residence of the Mughal emperors, it showcases stunning Indo-Islamic architecture.
7. Pass by India Gate, a 1921 war memorial known as the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. It bears the names of 13,300 Indian soldiers who died during World War I.
8. Pass by the Parliament House, home to India’s bicameral legislature. It houses the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha—the lower and upper houses of Parliament.
9. Pass by Rashtrapati Bhavan, formerly the Viceroy’s House during British rule. This grand structure now serves as the official residence of the President of India.
10. Visit Agrasen ki Baoli, an ancient stepwell tucked away in central Delhi. Known for its unique architecture and eerie charm, it’s surrounded by legends and stories of paranormal activity.
11. Visit Humayun’s Tomb, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and India’s first garden tomb. Commissioned by his wife after his death, it showcases stunning Mughal architecture and serene surroundings.
12. Your last stop in Delhi is the Lotus Temple, a Bahá'í House of Worship inaugurated in 1986. Renowned for its lotus-shaped architecture, it stands as a symbol of peace and one of the city's most iconic landmarks.
