- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
Check in at the front desk 30 minutes prior to the tour time. Late arrivals are non-refundable.
Redemption Instructions
• Not recommended for pregnant women • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Closed Toed shoes required • Minimum age: 6 years old • Minimum weight: 40 pounds (must tandem with guide) • Minimum weight to Zip independently: 60 pounds • Maximum weight: 275 pounds
Pickup Information
IMPORTANT: If you selected 6 Zipline with Transportation, please contact the provider at least 24 hours before your scheduled trip to confirm your pickup details. Failure to inform us of your pickup location before the 24-hour deadline means you will not be picked up and your tour/activity is non-refundable. Be early at least 5 - 10 minutes and meet your driver at your selected location from the designated list. If you're running late, please give us a call immediately.
