Redemption Instructions

Please stay at your hotel's lobby at least 10 minutes prior pick up time. We only stop at hotels with prearrangement bookings. You don't need to move from your hotel to another in order to catch the shuttle. We will pick you up in the hotel you staying in.

The meet point at the Orlando Airport is the Baggage Claim, even if you don't have any luggage to claim. We kindly ask that you provide your mobile number so that we can establish good communication throughout the entire process, even if it is an international number. Your flight information is crucial, as our system continuously tracks the flight and keeps both the passenger and driver informed.
