1. Gastrovino Amsterdam - De Mannen Van Kaas
Begin near Spui Square at Gastrovino, a boutique delicatessen where you’ll sample aged Dutch cheese and start off our adventure!

2. Cafe De Dokter
Peek into Café de Dokter, founded in 1798 by a surgeon. Its dusty bottles, chandeliers, and six seats make it feel straight out of a Harry Potter film. If space permits, enjoy a mini tasting while hearing why beer was once considered a medicine.
3. Restaurant & Bar Lagerhuys
Sit inside Lagerhuys, the historic spot where Gerard Heineken once served the "Nuveau Riche". Sip two local beers (or wine / NA options) paired with smoked sausage as you learn about miracles, merchants, and the city’s love of a good brew.
