Please prepare ¥500 cash per person at check-in for the facility usage fee, which includes the shower, hair dryer, and transportation to and from the beach. Participants outside the age range of 5 to 50 years old are not allowed to participate, so please be careful not to make a reservation if this applies. This snorkeling tour visits Okinawa’s famous Blue Cave, known for its crystal-clear water and beautiful blue glow. If the Blue Cave is rough and unsafe, we will guide you to a nearby alternative beach instead. For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Important Notice For your safety and enjoyment, if sea conditions, strong winds, or weather around the Blue Cave are not suitable, our guide may choose an alternative location for the tour. We kindly ask for your understanding that refunds cannot be offered in the case of a location change.

Health and Safety Guidelines For the safety of all guests, we kindly ask that anyone with the following conditions does not participate in the tour: • Pregnancy • Heart conditions ・Epilepsy • Diabetes • High blood pressure • Ear, nose, or throat conditions • Respiratory conditions • Asthma • Pneumonia • Currently taking medication •alcohol consumption or a hangover If any of the above apply to you, we’re very sorry, but participation in the tour will not be possible. We also kindly ask for your understanding that refunds cannot be provided even if you arrive on the day of the tour.

Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late, there may be changes to the tour itinerary, including the possibility that we may no longer be able to visit the Blue Cave. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will not be able to participate as it would affect the following tour schedule. In that case, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and no refund will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
