Redemption Instructions

You can present either a paper or an electronic voucher for this activity at the time of the tour. If we do not hear from you or your travel agent, we will assume the default meeting point is Waianae Boat Harbor. To avoid confusion, please ensure your pickup location is confirmed as the one nearest to your hotel accommodation. [Things to Bring] - Swimsuit (optional) - Sunscreen, Sunglasses, Hat, Towel - Long-sleeve Jacket or Sweat Shirt (Winter Time) - Motion Sickness Medicine (It is most effective to take the pill before leaving the hotel) - Credit Card, in case you are interested in purchasing our recommended items for the tour including wetsuit rentals, photo packages, and products. [Important Notes] - Tour fees will be fully refunded if cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the tour's departure. (Please note the tour starts early in the morning.) For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour, a full refund requires the presentation of a doctor's note. - Tours are subject to change due to weather and traffic conditions - Minimum bookings of 10 people are required to operate the tour. If not met, your booking will be rescheduled - All meals are not customizable, and we cannot accommodate allergies or gluten-free options. If you have dietary restrictions, please bring your own meal. - If you haven't selected your lunch option, please contact us to confirm. Otherwise, a turkey sandwich will be provided by default.
