Redemption Instructions

**Due to a scheduled safety inspection, the waterslide will be unavailable September 21–October 16, 2026.** - You may present either a printed electronic voucher when you arrive for your tour. - The default meeting point is Waianae Boat Harbor unless a hotel pickup location has been confirmed in advance. - If you are driving to the harbor, please allow approximately one hour of travel time from Waikiki, depending on traffic. Check-in time may vary depending on your selected tour departure. -For guests using hotel transportation, please confirm your pickup location and time before the day of the tour. -To change your lunch selection or confirm your pickup location, please contact Dolphins and You at info@andyoucreations.com or (808)696-4414. [Things to Bring] - Swimsuit - Sunscreen - Sunglasses - Hat - Towel - Long-sleeve shirt or sweatshirt during cooler months - Motion sickness medication, if needed - Credit card for optional purchases such as photos, beverages, or wetsuit rental [Important Information] - Dolphins are wild animals, and sightings cannot be guaranteed. - Tour activities may change depending on weather and ocean conditions. - Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the crew. - Children ages 2-11 must be accompanied by an adult. - Guests may be asked to remove their shoes before boarding. - Meals are not customizable, and allergy or gluten-free meal requests cannot be accommodated. Guests with dietary restriction should bring their own meal. - If a lunch selection has not been made in advance, a turkey sandwich will be provided by default. - Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted onboard. - Cancellations made 24 hours or more before departure are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations less than 24 hours before departure, a full refund requires a doctor's note. - A minimum of 10 bookings is required for the tour to operate. If the minimum is not met, the booking may be rescheduled.
