Pickup Information

1. Confirmation: - Your pick-up point and time will be confirmed by email within 24 hours after your booking. - One day before the travel date, tour guide will reconfirm the pick-up details with you by message. 2. Pick up information: Pickup and drop-off are only available from accommodation in the Hanoi Old Quarter area. Please advise exactly name and address of hotel. If you stay outside of Hanoi Old Quarter please inform the activity provider for pick up - bring sunglasses, a swimsuit, insect repellent and a comfortable set of clothes to change into after kayaking - Please advise of any dietary requirements - the itinerary is subject to change without prior notice due to the weather, tide level and operating conditions
