Pickup Information

Hotel Pickup and drop-off are provided within the city limits. The tour start time is 3:00 PM. The exact pickup time from the hotel will be communicated 24 hours beforehand. Guests should be ready 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time and inform the hotel concierge that they are waiting for Arabian Adventures Tour pickup.

Your tour pick-up time depends on your location. Please confirm the time and location by calling +971 800 272 2426 or WhatsApp us at +971 42748803 at least 24 hours before your tour. Our customer support is available from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM UAE time.

Be in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your pick-up time and let the concierge know you're waiting for an Arabian Adventures tour. Make sure to present a valid voucher when you meet your guide.

A private car is required for children under 135cm to fit a proper car seat.

Children aged 5 must use a child seat, which can be booked for a shared vehicle in advance.

Children aged 5–12 can stay free on a rollaway bed in the tent (maximum of 2 adults and 1 child per tent).

Transfers are shared, with seating for 6 guests and 1 guide. Seats are not pre-allocated and are rotated during the trip (1 seat next to the guide, 3 in the middle row, and 2 in the back).

There is no entertainment included in this experience, however, background music is played during the evening.
