Redemption Instructions

• Please note: The duration can take up to 17 -18 hours • Please provide (Odyssey DMC) with your full hotel name and room number while reconfirming your pickup time.The pick up time indicated on the web page is an approximation only. Please reconfirm your exact pick-up time at the given number in order to avoid inconveniences. • Please reconfirm the activity with your Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC),Please contact +971 56 504 0565 (Call/WhatsApp) or email to bookings@odysseydmc.com before your visit day/time. • The duration of tour mentioned is approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic condition. • Delays in hotel pick-up may occur due to traffic conditions. • Please note: During the Islamic holidays / Ramadan fasting month ,there will be a restriction on live entertainment ( Belly dance , Tanoura dance) and serving alcohol throughout the UAE. Therefore the Safari will be operated without these entertainments and serving of alcohol at the campsite during these days. • The local tour operator reserves the right to cancel any part of the scheduled programs because of government decisions, public holidays, weather conditions, or other similar circumstances. • Dress code: lightweight summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months, especially in the evenings. Good quality sunglasses are advised. Hats are advisable when in direct sunlight. • We shall provide sleeping bags and igloo tents (2 persons per tent).The guests will have to bring their toiletries and some woolen cloths, which can fit in a small carry bag

• Your centrally located Dubai, Sharjah hotels or Dubai Port Rashid ( cruise terminal) • For Transit guest, pick up can be arranged from any nearby Airport Hotels ( without luggage) >> Departure time : - • WINTER time ( Oct - Apr ) - Between 14:45pm and 15:15pm approximately • SUMMER time ( May - Sept ) - Between 15:00pm and 15:45pm approximately
