Meeting and Pickup
Tanimachi 4-Chome Station, exit 2 at street level. Please allow around 10 minutes to find this meeting point from alighting the train. Directions: Ten minutes or so from Namba, Shinsaibashi, Umeda, or Tennoji.
End Point
We end in the Namba/Dotonbori area, and can direct you to the station if you like.
Redemption Instructions
• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. • Minimum age is 8 years old • Wheelchair accessible • You will be notified two days in advance of your tour with your guide's name and contact information. You should please contact your guide directly should any issues arise. Please be aware that for group tours, the tour must start on time and it may not be possible to get in touch with the guide once they have started the tour. • If you bundled the day and night tour together, we will meet at 6:00pm at McDonald's, Temma Station. You will also receive an email 2 days prior with the same information • If you bundled the day and Sashiko workshop together, we will meet at 3:00pm near Kyobashi Station. You will receive an email 2 days prior with exact location In order to keep our pricing as low as possible, we aim to never charge more for solo travelers. However, if the minimum of 2 guests is not met for this tour we will offer you as a solo traveler one of the following 3 options. To attend the tour on an alternate date. Pay a 4000 yen solo supplement Receive a full refund
Pickup Information
Pickup is an additional 5000 yen, payable in cash to guide on day of tour or through secure payment link directly to the company. We do hotel pickup in central Osaka and port pickup at Tempozan ferris wheel.
