Redemption Instructions

-Departure time 11:00 a.m. -Tolerance for late parties is 15 minutes. -Dress code is casual. -Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. -Minimum drinking age is 18 years. -We recommend to have breakfast before the tour. -Free pick up any Hotel and B&B in City of Ensenada or Valle de Guadalupe. -Not available for cruise visitors. Terms and Conditions. - THE WINE ROUTE reserves the right to cancel any shore excursion due to bad weather or any other reason. No full refunds will be given to customers. The client may postpone the excursion to another date. - Participants must arrive at the meeting and/or pick-up point on the date established in the reservation and at least 15 minutes before the indicated time. - Participants will have a 15-minute waiting tolerance. If the participant does not show up, it will be understood as NO-SHOW and no refund will be made. - THE WINE ROUTE company is not obliged to contact the participant by email or telephone before the experience. - If the participant has any medical condition or special requirement, it is important to communicate it to the staff to consider their well-being and integrity during the activities and journeys of the trip. - Once the trip has started, participants agree to comply with the safety and organization instructions of the trip coordinator, group assistants, as well as the local guides. - Traveler insurance is valid only while the traveler is on board the transportation. - THE WINE ROUTE is not responsible for objects forgotten or lost during the trip. -It is the exclusive responsibility of adults for the safety and integrity of minors who attend the trip with them. -The traveler or client accepts the terms and conditions of the trip, as well as cancellation policies once payment has been made.

-Pickup any hotel in City of Ensenada -Pickup any hotel in Valle de Guadalupe -Pickup Airbnb in City of Ensenada and/or Valle de Guadalupe -Pickup Vacational rentals in City of Ensenada and/or Valle de Guadalupe If you are staying out of our pick up range, please meet us at the CENTRO SOCIAL, CULTURAL Y CIVICO RIVIERA ENSENADA, where the parking lot is free and safe. Your tour guide will wait for you by the main wooden front door, and will confirm with you the pick up time within 24hrs before the tour. Not available for Cruise Ship Visitors.
