Meeting and Pickup
Check in at the front desk 30 minutes prior to the tour time. Please be on time. Late arrivals are non-refundable.

• Not recommended for participants with back problems • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Not recommended for pregnant women • Minimum age is 6 years • Closed toed shoes required • Dress comfortably. • Maximum weight 275 pounds • Not wheelchair accessible **At least one person per booking must be 18 with a drivers license to drive the vehicle.

Failure to inform us of your pickup location before the 24-hour deadline means you will not be picked up and your tour/activity is non-refundable. Be early at least 5 - 10 minutes and meet your driver at your selected location from the designated list. If you're running late, please give us a call immediately.
