Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
We will meet you at the top of Mt.Erie. We will either be in a marked car that says AdventureTerra or you will notice us because we will have a lot of rock climbing equipment out.
Redemption Instructions
• Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • Minimum age is 8 years • Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be contacted by us and be given the option of an alternative date or full refund. Can not operate in rain, will need to be cancel or rescheduled if it rains. • Please dress appropriately in layers for weather changes.
