Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. No refund is available for cancellations.
Redemption Instructions
- Must contact tour provider at least 24 hours prior to excursion to arrange for pick up. - Closed-Toe Shoes are required. - Must present a government issued photo ID at time of pick up. - All drivers must be 18 years old and must present a valid government issued ID upon arrival. Drivers license not required. - Children under the age of 6 are not permitted on tour. - Children between the age of 6 and 17 can attend as a non-driver. - Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - Due to safety concerns, pregnant women are not allowed to participate in this adventure. - All packages are priced per person. - For people in your group who do not want to drive but just want to watch must purchase a NON-DRIVER package for $99. - Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.
