Redemption Instructions

This Ticket is not a pass to any sites to visit. If passes have been bought they will be delivered on the day of tour. Tours pick up and drop off at clients’ hotel. Tour pick up times are flexible but MUST be advised at time of booking. Tours do not include entrance fees. Chauffeurs provide a panoramic tour with historic highlights and luxurious transport to and from the sites visited but are not accredited tour guides. The tour descriptions are suggested itineraries, the passengers may visit any other sites within the tour areas that they may wish to visit, time permitting. The driver will discuss any specific requests with passengers on the day. Unfortunately, due to UK regulations chauffeurs are unable to escort clients into historic sites and are prohibited from offering highlights within the sites. Blue badge accredited guides are available upon request (subject to availability and additional costs). This tour includes Pick up and drop off. We will pick you up from your hotel or private address and drop you back to the pickup point unless you advise us otherwise. there is no extra charge for pick up and drop off. * for Hotel pick up please wait in the lobby at the pickup time. * For private address, please wait outside the main entrance at the pickup time. If your hotel is not listed, please inform us at booking time or send us an email after booking your tour. If do not have your pick up details at the time of your booking, then please provide us your pick up details 12 hours before your tour start time. Or as soon as you have them The total duration of this tour is 12 hours. 6 hours for site visits and 6 hours Journey and Lunch. All Tours are carried by Professional drivers with many years’ experience in providing these tours. All drivers are Licenced and regulated by TFL Transport for London. All vehicle are Licensed by TFL Transport for London. We only use latest model vehicles which are specifically selected for their comfort and reliability.

Pickup Information

Pick-Up and Drop-Off Information This tour includes complimentary pick-up and drop-off service. We will collect you from your hotel or private address and return you to the same location at the end of the tour, unless you advise us otherwise. There is no additional charge for this service. Hotel Pick-Up: Please wait in the hotel lobby at the scheduled pick-up time. Your driver will come inside to meet you. Private Address Pick-Up: Please wait outside the main entrance of the property at the scheduled pick-up time. If your hotel is not listed during the booking process, please inform us at the time of booking or send us an email after your reservation is confirmed, and we will arrange your pick-up accordingly. If you do not yet have your pick-up details at the time of booking, please provide them at least 12 hours before the tour start time, or as soon as they become available.
