Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Redemption Instructions
• You can expect your hotel pick-up to be between 6:00am and 6:30am for Hotels in Central Panama City Areas. For Hotels located in Outside Panama City Areas, pick-ups start at 6:00am. Please do not call us since we will not know your exact pickup time until the afternoon before the tour (around 5:00pm) at that time we will have the list complete of Hotels and we will send you an email with your hotel pickup details. • The tour starts in a very remote area and there will be no access to public restrooms until around 9:15am. • During the tour we will be entering some remote areas and it is up to you how much you want to explore outside of the bus. A short sleeve shirt and shorts are fine, but if you are the types who would like to get out and walk off the trails around the jungle, please wear long pants and closed toe shoes that you won't mind getting muddy • If you have any dietary restrictions please let us know so we can make arrangements. Make sure you send us a separate message to make sure we can arrange it, we are always willing to go the extra mile. •Please bring a photo of your passport on your phone
