# A moderate amount of walking is involved; comfortable walking shoes and insect repellent are recommended # Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. # Any late from your side may be re-allocated to a later time if available, Otherwise this will be auto canceled with charge 100%. # Driver can be late up to 15- 45 Minutes due to Traffic or any unwanted clauses. # Please note the activity time can be affected by several factors including weather, equipment maintenance or safety protocols. # If Bukit Merah Orang Utan Island cannot operate due to low water levels, we will need to cancel or offer an alternative date, which will be communicated to you, and please note this situation is beyond our control. # Please note: The itinerary may change depending on the driver’s situation, traffic, or local conditions. # The driver has full discretion to adjust the itinerary due to distance and duration. # For the safety of the animals and guests, touching the orangutans is strictly prohibited, and interactions may differ from expectations

1. Arrive at the meet-up location 10 minutes before the scheduled activity time 2. Private Tour: We will pick up all travelers from their hotel lobby within Kuala Lumpur City Centre, up to a 5 km radius. 3. Please contact us if you are not sure whether your hotel is within our pick-up zone.
