1. Arrive at the meet-up location 10 minutes before the scheduled activity time 2. Private Tour: We will pick up all travelers from their hotel lobby within Kuala Lumpur City Centre, up to a 5 km radius. 3. Please contact us if you are not sure whether your hotel is within our pick-up zone.

If Bukit Merah Orang Utan Island cannot operate due to low water levels, we will need to cancel or offer an alternative date, which will be communicated to you, and please note this situation is beyond our control.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided after the tour has started, even in cases of weather or climate-related disruptions, emergencies, or any personal matters, as transportation and other services have already been booked. In any case where a refund is requested, full evidence must be provided by the guest to support their claim.

Visit to Taiping Lake Garden is subject to time. If the driver allows, you may stop here; otherwise, the itinerary remains unchanged due to the distance.”

For the safety of the animals and guests, touching the orangutans is strictly prohibited, and interactions may differ from expectations.
