Pickup Information

* 6 hours prior to ride we provide the driver's contact information to our customers. * 2 hours before the ride we will send the specific meeting location to our customers. * Any changes or updates can be done at least 24 hours before the ride to the same drop-off areas we go for other sites is not guaranteed and you need to call directly to quote a new ride. *Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. * Infant seats are available subject to availability not guarantee (ask for them at special request) * Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
