Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Redemption Instructions
• If you would like a beverage, please tell the tour supplier so they can accomodate your needs. • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable • The listed price does not include a $5 USD parking fee per terminal if we need to enter to more than 1 termnal to pick up passengers, payable at the time of your pick up. Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.

If you booked a departure pick up to the airport you will need to be picked up 5 hours prior to your flight minimum at the location of your choosing in Tulum Pueblo or Hotel Zone. Please contact the Paradise Transfers to get a GPS pin point for your departures.
