Redemption Instructions

Must be at this pier at Chalong Bay by 10.30am to register for the 11.00am departure (if yiou do not need trransfer) If being picked up at your hotel, this service may be 60-90 minutes prior to the tour departure time (depending on hotel location)

Pickup Information

Phuket Hotel Transfers are complimentary, except - for transfers to/from Ao Por, Bang Tao, Kamala, Surin, Laguna, Layan, Naithon, Naiyang, Maikhao and Airport area incurs an additional charge of 500baht per person, more than 2 persons/trip 300 baht per person Hotel pick up may be 90-30 minutes prior to tour Start time/Departure time (depending on hotel location). Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time
