Redemption Instructions

Please note that Airport pickups will apply to extra charges. If your pickup point is the Airport you have to contact us at least 24 hours before the operation date to declare the number of luggage and your flight details at orders@welcomepickups.com.

Pickup Information

Traveler pickup is offered from any central hotel or location in Barcelona. Please note that pickup from the airport/port/train station is not included in this booking. Our operators are not official tour guides but English-speaking professional drivers and Locals that have been provided with all the necessary historical information about the sights visited. They cannot accompany you into the sights but will provide extended historical and local information to help you get the feeling of the city. Kindly share any special requirements, such as traveling with a service animal or needing extra assistance, when booking your ride. This ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for you.
