Redemption Instructions

- Pickup is from your accommodation in the city of Pattaya. Please arrive in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. The activity provider will contact you a day before your travel date to schedule time slot. - The personal information required for making a reservation includes full name, passport number, Thai phone contact, email, and date of birth. For children, a scanned copy of the first page of their passport is also required

OTO booking vouchers will be given to customers in a separate email, along with the pick-up time from the hotel individually. Please provide the hotel name, room number, local contact number, as well as all passengers' full names, dates of birth, and passport numbers upon making the reservation
