Redemption Instructions

Thank you for booking with Honolulu Helicopter Tours. Please read all instructions before arrival. We operate from a secured airport area, not a regular storefront. Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled flight. Late arrival may result in cancellation, rescheduling, or no refund. All guests must bring a valid physical photo ID. No ID means no entry. No exceptions. Airport Security will not accept a photo of an ID, digital ID, expired ID, or any substitute. If you arrive without a valid physical photo ID, you will be denied entry, sent home, and no refund will be issued. For shared flights, accurate passenger weight is required for aircraft weight-and-balance safety. Report your true weight. If the weight provided during booking is inaccurate and creates a safety/loading issue, you may be denied the flight, sent home, and no refund will be issued. GPS: 1 Lagoon Dr., Honolulu, HI. This is only an approximate GPS location, not your final destination. There is no normal street address for our exact meeting point, so you must follow these directions. From 1 Lagoon Dr., continue straight on Lagoon Dr. all the way to the end of the road. Do not turn into any buildings, businesses, driveways, gates, or airport entrances. The road ends at the parking lot connected to Security Gate 289 with a small security shack. Park in that lot or on Lagoon Dr. Street parking is free. When you arrive at Security Gate 289, call or text 808-201-0660. Text is preferred. Your pilot may be finishing another tour and may not respond immediately. Wait at the parking lot for a Honolulu Helicopter Tours employee to escort you through security. Do not approach or question Airport Security. They do not work for us, cannot check you in, and cannot help you find us. You must wait for our employee. Bring: physical photo ID, light jacket, sunglasses or glasses, hair tie for long hair, and a camera only if it has a secure strap. Loose items are not allowed.
